For 40 years I have litigated, negotiated, mediated, arbitrated, and settled many complex disputes covering a very broad range of law and subject matters. I have been part of one of the strongest and most dynamic litigation and dispute resolution partnerships in the country. I am now focusing that experience and knowledge on my expanding mediation and arbitration practice.
|
While I am best known in the fields of commercial disputes and medical, legal, and other professional liability, my experience extends to issues as diverse as banking, insolvency, real property, libel and slander, mining property, and tort and contract disputes. These varied areas provide a unique base of experience handling valuations and damage assessments, as well as alternative sophisticated remedies, all of which are important elements of mediation and arbitration practice.
I have been invited to mediate many cases in the Superior Court of Justice.
