Rajesh is a graduate of the University of Toronto, where he obtained a B.Sc. in Psychology (1991), and a Master of Industrial Relations degree (1998). He holds an MBA from the University of Honolulu (1995), and a LL.B. (2004) from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he is currently completing his LL.M. in Employment and Labour Law. Rajesh recently completed the Harvard Negotiation Insight Initiative training program.

Rajesh brings extensive workplace expertise to the field of mediation. This broad knowledge base contributes to Rajesh's understanding of the complexities of workplace conflicts. Rajesh has diverse experience working in senior positions for a range of leading companies in the health care, insurance, financial services, retail and technology sectors. He currently is a senior vice president and serving on the executive leadership team of a large financial services organization.
Rajesh is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. He teaches Negotiation Skills and Theory at the University of Toronto in the Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources Program, where he is also the president of the Alumni Association.
