Paul is the Director of Construction and Architectural Division of DRS, providing neutral services to the various legal, architecture, engineering and other professions and trades across Canada. He has over 30 years experience in the areas of architecture and design professions.
He has been directly involved in the successful mediation and negotiation of multi-party disputes in the areas of construction, design and commercial land development.
Paul has been a frequent guest speaker and writer on ADR in the design fields and is well acknowledged as one of the most qualified neutrals who possess not only expertise in the substantive areas of architectural/design issues, but also expertise in the areas of mediation and arbitration.
