Paul Nightingale is a mediation specialist at DRS, with a unique understanding of the challenges of construction. "After over 30 years as an architect, I was getting calls from colleagues, looking for help settling disputes on leases, construction contracts and quality issues."

Paul began mediating at the request of his peers in the industry, and pursued his new-found calling by getting a formal education in mediation. Now Paul is known for his balanced and informed opinion, and collaborative approach to resolving issues.

"Sometimes you can find yourself in a room of 10 or 15 frustrated people. In these cases, a calm approach works best, and first-hand experience really helps as well."
