Elana Fleischmann, LL.B., LL.M. (ADR), is a senior dispute resolution specialist with DRS, and mediates in a variety of areas, including workplace, labour, and human rights cases. Elana also delivers conflict resolution training, and designs conflict management systems for public and private sector clients. Elana is a Roster Mediator with the Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program and Public Works Canada, and is an Independent Third Party with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
