Jonathan Flanders practised law for twenty years and was a partner at a Toronto Bay Street law firm.

In 2001, Jonathan left the practice of law to join DRS to provide mediation and arbitration services on a full-time basis.

Since joining DRS, Jonathan has mediated over 800 cases including personal injury, insurance, product liability, property damage, libel, franchise, lease, employment, professional negligence, construction, contract, environmental, commercial and real estate disputes.

Jonathan's extensive experience as a senior mediator is recognized by his admission as a Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators.
